After the sales consultation, the real estate agent will draft a Service Agreement (OTD), outlining all the agreements and conditions made for the sale of the property. If you agree, the OTD will be signed, signaling the start of the sales process for the real estate agent.
You will receive an email from our support team containing a MOVE account, along with a request for all necessary documents needed by the real estate agent. These documents can be uploaded to the MOVE account for easy access and management.
Services from third parties such as a photographer, energy label provider, and surveyor are scheduled. The property is presented in photos, 360-degree images, floor plans, and possibly a video, ensuring that all details are coordinated to attract as many potential buyers as possible. The support team provides tips and tricks to optimally present the property for photos and viewings, while viewing appointments are carefully planned and coordinated with all involved parties.
Photos, floor plans, and all documents are in. It’s time to list the property online! Promotion will be carried out on various platforms including our own website, Funda, Jaap, and social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Put those flowers on the table! After the property is ready for presentation, viewing appointments are scheduled with interested buyers. These appointments are carefully organized to ensure a smooth process and increase the chances of a successful sale. Now it gets exciting; our philosophy is to attract as many viewers as possible in the shortest amount of time. We never close the door but keep it wide open, whether there are ten or two hundred and fifty viewers.
The real estate agent gathers all offers, considering factors such as the potential buyer, the offer amount, and any associated conditions. We review the best offers together, weighing the pros and cons, before communicating the good news to the buyer(s).
Congratulations! Once the best offer is accepted, it’s time to officially document everything in a purchase agreement. We guide you step by step to the notary’s office, where the sales contract is prepared.
